Five very experienced library directors will come together to discuss what challenges they have been faced with due to budget constraints and how they overcame some of the challenges.</p>
<p>Our panel consists of Diane McNulty, Director-Cary Area Public Library, Kathryn I. Martens, Director-Crystal Lake Public Library; Janet L. Van De Carr, Director-Park Ridge Public Library; Sandra K. Norlin-Director, Des Plaines Public Library; and Maria Zawacki, Director-Johnsburg Public Library.</p>
