The Outreach/ Promotion/Programming (OPP) section of LACONI  provides continuing education for library staff who are involved in public relations and adult programming.  This section also offers programs for staff who serve library patrons who are reached by non-traditional means such as branch and mobile services, as well as home deliveries of materials to homebound patrons.
