“WIRED THAT WAY FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE” – Presented by Jaclyn Rowe

How many of you live with, work with or used to live with someone who is stressing you out?  Have you ever been frustrated by a co-worker who talks too much, has to be in control, won’t speak up or is obsessed over details?  This is the program for you!    As we live and work with people of different personalities, it can be extremely difficult to make relationships and communication work.  Through this presentation you will learn about your own personality as well as the personalities of others.  Once you know how your co-workers, customers, spouse, family and friends are “wired”, you can start adjusting your expectations and behaviors to immediately see improvements in relationships.  As a Certified Personality Trainer, Jaclyn enthusiastically presents her expert knowledge of the four main personalities – Popular Sanguine, Powerful Choleric, Proper Melancholic and Peaceful Phlegmatic – to various groups.  Audience members leave with a clear understanding of how to amplify their strengths while working to overcome their weaknesses all in an effort to improve relationships on every level.  This is a presentation everyone will be talking about long after the speaker is gone.
